I have lived in this complex for about 5 yrs and I have loved living here with my daughters. The staff is wonderful, the grounds are always clean and well kept. Any services I need are taken care of in a prompt and freindly manner.

Judy was very helpful and supported me all through the application process. I was able to obtain an apartment and roommates over the phone from Texas. The process was extremely easy and I hope that future residents have a similar experience.

Hello, I'm really happy about the office and all the staff. The apartment was really clean and everything worked just perfect. I'm really happy to be here, the place is nice, there is a lot of green and the community seems to be really quiet. Also I got a carpot! :)

Really great so far. I especially love the resident portal, it makes it super easy to make my rent payment. I can even use my bank's billpay to pay for my utilities.

I am very impressed by the staff at the gates of redmond and how helpful they are. So far the experience has been amazing and I actually feel like the staff / company wants my business and want me to live there which is something you don't usually get from apartment complexes. Kudos to a job well done.

The staff is great. Always willing to help. I've been in other apartments where the office is always closed early. That is not the case here. I also like how much notice is given when work needs to be done inside apartments.
