Ms. Paradise welcome me with a friendly warm smile. Explain to me everything about my apt, and the property. She showed me a warm welcome I am very happy of living here. Mark was at hand as well.

I am extremely happy with my apartment. We could use sanitary wipes in the finess center but besides that everything is great!

Overall a good experience over the past seven years. Equity has done a great job on improvements to the building, from the re-siding and the new windows to the interior changes.

Really enjoyed my time at Abington Glen. The office and maintenance staff were tremendous! The price was reasonable.

Office manager, Caitlin Hirsch, was very pleasant and professional when she was showing me the complex and apartment Also, very welcoming when I was moving in. At this time, I am very satisfied with my apartment and service that I have received from both Caitlin and maintenance staff. It is also very close to my workplace and within a short distance to stores.

Overall, my experience has been very good. I think in the long run I will be very happy in my new home. I moved from the center of a city to the subburbs, so I am finding myself in a bit of shock, but again I feel ablington glen was and still is the right choice for me and I look forward to fully settling in and embracing the piece and quiet of suburbian living.

Caitlyn is very professional, does her job well, and provides excellent service when needed. The maintenance crew is friendly and responsive to issues.

I am very happy with the office staff and maintenance services. Caitlin is, by far, the best manager we've had in my eight years here. She always goes the extra mile to try and make us comfortable and resolve issues we may have. Hector, Kurt and Jose are responsive, capable and take care of any maintenance needs immediately. After a bad winter I can't say enough about their efforts to keep the parking lot and walkways clear of snow and ice and safe. Please understand that most of our storms have been on weekends or holidays. They have willingly and happily been here for us. I cannot say enough about Caitlin and her team. Each and every one gives a 110 percent effort. I would very much like to see corporate acknowledgement for thier job well done. In the absence of that acknowledgement, I would appreciate it if you would pass on my thanks to each of them. Thank you.

I've been living at Abington Glen since September of 2001. Obviously I like living here. We have a great 'Management Team' and they are always responsive to any complaint or problem.
