Diana was a very strong reason for me to rent here. She is the best. The complex is also so beautiful. It was a no brainer for me.

Moving to Crowntree was a big step for me. It was the first time I began living on my own. I have never lived alone before and knowing that I'm living in a community where I'm safe and comfortable definitely played a big factor when I decided to move here. Thank you for keeping us all safe.

There is nothing I can say that is at least bit negative about Crowntree. My siblings and I love it here and plan on staying here for a while. The staffs are super nice and maintenance guys were quick to assist us wuth any problems we have had.

After visiting different properties in the area, I initially liked Crowntree Lakes, but was not ready to move. When I finally decided to do so, I knew this was the place for me and never bothered to look any further.

Diana Soto in the Crowntree Lake office was super knowledgeable and polite. Not only did She make us feel welcome right from the start,she made us feel comfortable which is something I believe that is strived for in this industry. If it were not for her personable work ethics I would not be living here today.

I had the pleasure of dealing with diana when my boyfriend moved in here and I have to say she is the most pleasant and helpful person I have ever come in contact with. She is always smiling and happy and to me that is extremely important. She has always been helpful whenever we needed anything and we were always able to call her anytime we had a question. No matter how may times that may have been she was never unpleasant one time. I would definetly refer people to this apartment complex because I love living here and I have never had one problem thanks to diana. She is the only one I would refer people too. It has been the best experience working with her. She deserves a raise without question. You all are very luck to have her.

I am verify satisfied overall with Equity Residential, I have live in many Equity Comm and all of them are outstanding, the management at the leasing office make you fill like family.
