The Office staff is unbelievable. I havent been in the office in about 6 months and i walked in the other day to ask a questions and I was greated by name. How the staff remembers everyone's first name is beyond me.

I am enjoying my new apartment, here at Parc Vue. Whitney, my leasing agent was very nice and professional. She made me feel very welcome. Angie also has been quite nice and the maintenance crew have been helpful.

Your staff does excellent work around the property and they always wave or greet the renters. As you had work done on the office, the new layout and walkway improvements have meant a lot... that you would take the extra expense to make everything just right.

We continue to be very happy here as we continue our search for a new home. We are so comfortable at Parc Vue that we are not in a hurry to buy a home quickly. We feel like the pressure is off to make a quick decision on such an important purchase. Thank you again to the staff for all they do.

Good to be living here. Service Requests are promptly taken care of most of the time. Leasing Staff is very helpful and maintenance guys are good at responding and fixing issues.

Everyone was really helpful and responsive with our needs so far. I thought the move in happened really smooth. We did have an issue with our air conditioner in the first week, but the maintenance came within 12 hours of my reporting. I found that to be an awesome surprise. So far, I am very satisfied in my new home.

I think that the office staff has gotten a lot nicer since we moved in. Also, I am glad they finally painted the hand rails for the stairs.

I've been living here for 10 years,..since the place was built, and I'm the only one who has occupied my particular unit. There have been a couple of different owners, since I've been here, and all remains well. It's a great place to live, centered around places that I work,..a great location! I have several coworkers who live here as well, and they all feel the same way, a great location, and a crime free neighborhood.

I have lived in many apartments, I have never had a great resident manager like Laura. All of the staff are great. Give them a raise!
