This is my second year residing in Auvers Village and i must say the staff is really nice. I havent had any problems thus far and am very satisfied with my apartment and the complex overall. I would deffinately recomend this property to a friend.

Love the 24 hour gym and other facilities that Auvers Village offers. Would love to see more facilities or new features added in the future.

We had some road blocks when we first moved in but after talking to Robbie and Jose about the issues I had in the beginning things have been great! Robbie is truly committed to making sure his residents are happy. He even went so far as to call and check on me since I had not spoken with him in a while just to make sure everything was ok. That to me shows that he is genuine in his concern about this community and its residents. Jose is wonderful! He makes sure that any maintenance needs I have are handled promptly and with minimal disturbance to my family which is extremely important to me! The maintenance staff has gone above and beyond for my family on more than one occasion. My husband has a disability that causes him mobility problems and they have helped me get him to and from the car when he was having trouble walking, they have also seen him taking the trash to the compactor and offered to help him. There are many things that I have to worry about with a teenage child, a husband with disabilities and 2 jobs but Robbie and Jose go out of their way to make sure that I don't have to worry about where I live.

Your staff made my move-in as comfortable as possible. I went out of town before being able to get my mailbox key and they made me a new one just for when I got back. They really know the residents and are an amazing bunch! Thank you for everything!!

The Office staff is very helpful. The maintenance crew are also very polite People who come here for the first time always comment on how nice it looks, which was the same thing I said when I got here.

Auvers Village is has been a very pleasant experience for my family and myself and the office staff has been a big reason for that with their exceptional hospitality and service!
