The nicest office staff I, personally, have ever come into contact with. The maintenance service is always nice and informative when they come and repair. They do not just fix it, they EXPLAIN the problem!

Office staff is really good, committed, prompt and friendly. Maintainaance service are handleld on time. Good community to stay in for number of years.

I love living at royal oaks apartments. Being in the Navy I am on travel a lot and knowing that the leasing office has my back and gives that extra 100% for when I need help with something while I am gone. The office staff is by far awesome!!!

Elissa, the person who helped me moved in, was sincerely one of the most informative and genuinely nicest people I have had the pleasure of dealing with while moving into a complex. She seemed more than willing to step out of her way to make sure that everything was perfect for you and with that attitude she made my move in the smoothest possible.

Cathy and Julie are absolutely terrific to work with and truly understand the needs of their residents. They have gone above and beyond to make the move-in process easy, accomodate my needs and to make me feel welcome in the community. I would recommend this particular complex and pretty much any all Equity community based on the superior service I recieved from the Royal Oaks property management staff. All in all, working with Julie and Cathy has been an excellent experience and I can honestly say I will remain a resident for years to come!

I'm in building 14 and every night the past month has been quiet, haven't had trouble sleeping, haven't heard of any crimes, everything is well maintained. The apartments are priced well and affordable and there are a lot of perks to living here. Really enjoying it so far.

This is my second time here. I am in the Navy and I left for a 6 month deployment. I moved out for the deployment and starting looking for a place to live 4 months in and it didn't take me long for me to realize that Royal Oaks was the place I was going to move back to. The office staff is one of the major reasons why I moved back in. Helpful and just a pleasure to deal with is one of the major reason why I will keep moving back and recommending it to my co-workers and friends.

Honestly, I am very happy to be part of this community, it is one of the best places I have rented so far and I sure plan to stay here for a while.

I have lived in Royal Oaks for approx. 1.5 years. I have felt comfortable and enjoyed my time here. Kathy and Julie in the leasing office have been helpful, professional, and a pure pleasure to work with. I will miss them when I am gone.

I enjoyed living in the Royal Oaks Community and am sadden that I have to leave so soon. The staff has been awesome:) Maintenance responses were done in a timely and proffessionlly respectable fashion. I simply loved it here and would again without hesitiation be a part of the Royal Oaks Community.
