Electric Car Charging Stations

Equity Residential is proud to announce a partnership with Car Charging Inc. to install electric car charging stations at a select number of our communities. An estimated 40 million plug-in electric vehicles are expected to be on the road by 2030, with the Nissan Leaf, Chevy Volt, and Tesla already on the road in some markets. Equity believes it is important to provide these stations in our communities, starting with Third Square in Cambridge and 425 Mass in Washington DC.

425 Mass Apartments is one of the first apartment buildings in Washington, DC to install an electric car charging station. Residents enjoy a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartment homes, some with dens and loft spaces.
