Office staff is very helpful in every way!

The move in process was great. Working with Kerri Dube was the best part. Had idfficulties with Jessie in regards to have maintenance provide a service in my apartment but it was taken care of when Kerri was in the office. Kerri is wonderful and I would refer business to her at any time

We did not visit the apartment before moving in because of time restrictions. The staff was so helpful and understanding. Specifically, Kerri Dube, went above and beyond what was necessary helping us with the move in and helping us gain some familiarity with new area since we were from out of state. I would like more opportunities to meet other residents.

River's Bend is a very pleasant place to live....the staff is friendly and attentive, the grounds are well kept, the unit itself is roomy and well maintained and our neighors are very nice. All in all, a wonderful experience

After living in my own home for 16 years this has been a wonderful transition. I am very pleased and I know that I made the right decision in choosing River's Bend for my new home. The staff is so pleasant and eager to help when needed and the grounds are maintained for a beautiful living environment. Thank you.

I have been very comfortable living here. It is quiet, which is one of the most important features. RiversBend has been there when I needed them and has also not been bothering me every other day (a big plus). Overall i just enjoy living in the apartment and swimming in the pool. The landscape is kept pristine! Which is so nice. And the location is absolutely perfect, because it feels like you are secluded but the on ramp to 91 is literally a 30second drive away. So, in conclusion, I love living here and I hope to continue doing so for many years to come! Thank you for everything!

I have and will continue to enjoy the atmosphere with this apartment community. Living so close to the woods is very relaxing in the summertime. I enjoy reading and being out on the patio in summer is great.
