Erin Martinez, the property manager, did a great job of ensuring that any issue with my unit was quickly resolved. It is clear that she is very passionate about the satisfaction of her residents. She and her staff do a great job!

I really enjoy living here, I think staff can make or break your living experience. When I submit a service request they come within 24 hrs. Also the rest of the staff are so friendly and helpful especially when I first moved in.

Had a great move-in experience, moved from out of state, literally parked the U-haul in the loading area and had apartment keys within ten minutes. Amazing service.

The mgmt, leasing and maintenance staff have been very warm, helpful and friendly, building has been clean and well maintained, apartment nice and in good working order for the first 3 weeks I have been here, generally very satisfied.

My leasing representative, Terrance G., was great! He was very informative, professional and answered all questions completely. He really made the entire process from the first inquiry, to application to the actual move in date, simply seamless. I am very pleased with my new apartment, and the process of moving in was stress-free. Thanks a million! I look forward to my living experience here at Ball Park Lofts.

We certainly enjoyed our time at the Ballpark Lofts. The location was great and we certainly loved walking to baseball games, restaurants and everything that Downtown Denver has to offer! We will miss all the staff! We will miss the Ballpark Lofts, but we need to have more room for our growing family.

Ballpark Lofts has been an amazing place to live. It's close to work, close to Coors, and within walking distance to just about anywhere downtown. I have no complaints.

I have loved living at BallPark Lofts! The location, the style of the unit, the staff and of course the POOL :) it was a great year and would recommend it to anyone!!!

I've been very happy with all interactions I've had here with Ballpark office staff. Everyone is friendly and efficient. I have recommended this complex to a number of people, and get lots of compliments on it. The onlyy thing I, or more precisely my guests, have with Ballpark is how hard it is to locate an apartment for about their first 5 visits.

I like the garbage shoot, which is very convenient. I also love the parking garage! Staff is excellent and maintenance responds very fast. I really wish there was a closer convenience store. And I think there should be a place to eat in the building.

Terence was especially helpful and professional throughout the pre-move time. All the office staff (Matt, Lindsay and Alex) have been very responsive to my needs. They are great to work with!
