After living in the Marks for 6 months I am enjoying living here very much. The staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions I have. They are also very prompt with repairs and any other issues that need to be dealt with. I'm glad that I made the decision to live here and am happy to tell friends and family the same.

I love living at the Marks. I work for a property management company in the Denver area where I am able to receive a discount. I still will not move and I still refer my friends to the Marks. I appreciate the way that Equity treats the residents that live there. It is the smallest things that make a difference!

The Marks has been a great place for my boyfriend and I to live. The building itself is quiet which is a great feature. Knowing our neighbors, (including ourselves,) can be having our own lives without disturbing others is great. I have lived in several places where I could sneeze and my neighbors would be able to hear it. Everyone is super friendly and always there when we have a question.

We have absolutely loved living here so far. The location is fantastic, except for the occasional Hampden accident, but nothing you folks can do about that, and all our friends mention how great our apartment looks on the inside and out.

My final thoughts are that the markd staff is a wonderful group to work with. Everyone is professional and I really value this in any apartment becuase this lets me know that they are concerned with each resident that they bring in as residents.

The Marks is a great place to live. The amenities are awesome and the staff is always willing to help and they don't treat you like a number, but rather apart of the family. The maintenance requests are ALWAYS done quickly which is greatly appreciated. I thoroughly enjoy living here!

I feel pretty safe here as a single female and pretty comfortable for the price I pay. The people are pretty nice and it is only 15 minutes from the office.

It was a good experience and well managed as I looked to move closer to work. I was a little concerned about moving into an apartment complex at my age, 53, and have been nothing but surprised at home much I enjoy living here.

I rented my apartment without being able to see it or the property in person beforehand, and when I arrived everything exceeded all of my expectations. The office staff is exceedingly helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond to assist me during the move in process. I love my new apartment!

Melinda and Angela were wonderful throughout my move-in process. Coming from another state and arriving Saturday afternoon, the entire staff pitch in to stay a couple of minutes after their normal hours anticipating my arrival. This act added to my smooth relocation process. It also saved me from sleeping elsewhere.

The location and price were the major reasons we chose this apartment complex. However, we've been very pleased with the staff here at the Marks. Especially the help and friendly 'go above and beyond' attitude of all 4 leasing agents. They even helped us research good places to go to eat around here! Angela was especially helpful through the whole process!

This is by far the best place I have ever lived. My apartment is very nice with great appliances and modern finishings. It's totally affordable and the location is perfect! I'll be a resident here for quite some time!
