I loved the location of the community. I would have extended my stay in case my work would have been around the place. Especially location of my apt#264 just perfect. I also love enough windows inside the apt. Also my unit was renovated. Overall I was satisfied.

This was a great place to live - the apartment is nice, the office staff is friendly and helpful, and maintenance is prompt and thorough. I have recommended and will continue to recommend the community to others.

Office staff is to be commended. They are courteous and have solved the few issues we have encountered professionaly. We are hoping to return in the summer months and rent again at this community residence.

I am pleased with the quick response by Equity personnel. Having lived in various apartments for years, I did not find that to be true. Also, they are pleasant and helpful, also not what I am used to. THANKS!

we have been very plesed with the application process to leasing and to move in. The Oak Park staff was efficicent, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. We love our new apartment and find it to be safe, affordable and warm environment.

My husband and I liked Oak Park Apts very much. Unfortunately, he passed away in July, and my health has worsened to the point where I can't live alone and require 24 hour care. Otherwise, I would definitely stay on at this community.

I have lived here for going on three years and it is a wonderful community with a caring personable staff, very well maintained and visible security in the late hours. I would recommend for any one to live here you will have very nice neighbors and a beautiful surrounding community.

The facility and staff are great. I will miss both. My reason for leaving has nothing to do with the company. Your strength is the staff. They are universally wonderful. Make sure they know that. I would recommend Oak Park apartments to anyone wanting a peaceful, quality lifestyle.
