Damon the community manager is professional, kind, caring, and maintains a wonderful living environment! Carla the leasing manager is also professional. She is very friendly and fast with responding to any questions. The maintenance team do a great job throughout the building. Chris is always happy and professional.

Great location! The staff has always been TOP NOTCH and prompt with resolving any problem I have reported. Im definitely going to miss living at Corcoran House and after this pandemic is over Im sure it will be a major contender in my decision to move back into the city.

Damon and Danielle are amazing members of the Equity team. Since Ive moved in, Damon has always gone above and beyond for me even on his off days. He is the reason I stayed at this apartment so long. Danielle is newer, but a great addition. She is attentive, helpful, and understanding. They are great!

Jake was always timely in his response to inquiries and service help. The folks that manage the front are incredibly friendly and thoughtful. It’s been a wonderful and helpful community. The special community events or bagels and coffee on the am are great additional and unexpected surprises to an already wonderful Corcoran community.

Great place to live. I loved that you had underground parking, it was really helpful. Unfortunately for you all, I am getting married as well as getting a dog and I needed a place that is a bit more suburban.

Everyone is incredibly helpful. The front desk staff is always friendly and helps me load heavy packages onto a cart to take to my apartment and the maintenance man was a huge help putting up some shelves for me!

When I first toured the community I thought I wanted a one bedroom but upon viewing it I felt too overwhelmed by all the space (personal thing, not a reflection of the unit itself at all) but Damon (Mitchell, Community Manager) was GREAT about showing me other options -- I didn't feel like he was trying to 'sell' me on the biggest unit but instead listened to my 'wants' (lots of natural light, higher up, closet space)and worked with me to find the right unit for me and I really thought that was wonderful. Additionally, I think it speaks volumes for the property that Damon lives on site. During my initial tour he spoke so highly of not just the property but of the building community and I loved that he was so familiar with the interesting history of the building as well! Damon and the entire community staff (John and Keisha, the engineers, everyone!) have been VERY welcoming and accommodating. I have no questions that I picked the right new community for me and my pup. Ps. I really like that fact that the building participates in local charity drives, for example, the back pack initiative -- I think it's wonderful when we give back to the community!!
