Luke and Karrin were extremely patient and helpful during the leasing process, especially since this is my first apartment and Im new to handling this alone. Lukes personality is part of what sold me on the building and Karrin made me feel comfortable and at home when I arrived.

The team is very quick to respond to any questions I may have and really has made the process of moving in very easy.

Ive really enjoyed being a resident here these last two and a half years. Its in a great location, and the staff has always been such a pleasure to work with. Rachelle is very personable and professional, and was always very prompt with questions I had.

We love the neighborhood and the staff we just needed an upgrade to a bigger place.

I had a really great time living here. If it were closer to work, I wouldn’t mind staying for a very long time! However, the commute from Northgate to this side of town during rush hour is really intense.

All of the staff at Seventh of James have been receptive and super helpful to my requests. Rachelle and Anasitasia are fantastic!

The property has improved greatly since Rachelle has become our property manager. Shes always pleasant to work with us, always wants to help in any way possible. Weve been happy with our apartment but changes in work location have meant longer times in traffic, the commute is our primary reason for not renewing.

Rachelle, Manny and the current Seventh and James team are the most proactive leadership team we have had since living at Seventh and James. They work very quickly and diligently to address any community concerns and work very hard to continuously improve the living experience at Seventh and James. They are exceptional.

I have been very satisfied of late because the team has been holding community gathering again and are making plans for the future of the building.

Quiet for being downtown. Great location and a nice apartment.

Maintenance crew was amazing. a water pipe leak occurred randomly during teh day in my apartment and the maintenance crew was very professional in finding out it was coming from my apartment and notifying me via phone immediately about what was going on. They were very courteous and prompt in fixing the problem.

I have had my share of experiences of corporate-run apartment communities, primarily in California. Story is always the same. Everything is awesome until you sign your lease. My experience with Equity and with the Seventh and James community changed that perception. I had a wonderful experience as tenant. Sam and Tim were great.

Sam sets the standard of what makes a great property manager, going out of her way for the residents, ensuring a safe and secure place to live, but most of all engaging to ensure open communication. Thanks Sam!

My husband and I really enjoyed living here, we love the layout of the apartment as well as the view, location is perfect since I work couple blocks from the apartment. Office staff and maintenance service are very good; we give 5 stars to Jonathan, he is very good and nice and efficient. :)

The team at 7th and James, particularly Jonathan, Koply, and Phane, are an absolute delight. They are patient, helpful, kind, and always with a big welcoming smile. :)

The best thing Seventh and James has going for it is Johnathan Christopher Lilley. Make sure you keep him around.

Price, at the moment, is the most important. I think the rent I pay now is reasonable - I hope it does not go up. However, the office staff and maintenance service are really fantastic here and definitely make Seventh & James a wonderful place to live.

When orignally looking to move Seventh and James was the first community I viewed and talking with the staff and viewing the apartments I decided to apply for the apartment right away which I have never done before after only viewing one community.

Our management is AMAZING! From the moment we got here to now, everyone that has worked in our mgmnt office has gone above and beyond. We hope to move to California at the end of next year and we definitely want to stay with Equity Residential!

Koply and Michelle have been great, welcoming and informative about upcoming changes and perks of our community. The maintenance staff is efficient and kind. I'm really enjoying my time here so far!

Assistant Manager, Koply Tam, was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our move-in process and as residents for the past 2 months. We feel great about everything with this community, thanks to the hard work and professionalism of Koply and the rest of the Seventh and James staff.

I thought the staff here was really great! They were extremely helpful and friendly and seemed genuinely happy that we were moving in. Although this is a mid-size community, I feel like the staff go out of their way to get to know you treat you as if you were the only people living here. We love it!
