Special Offer

If you move-in now through November 1, 2020, we are offering the following distinct special offer options for members of our NYC Preferred Employer Program. You’re free to choose which one works best for you:

1. With approved credit, we're offering a $750 maximum deposit, and the option for an extended lease term with no premium (ie/ an 18 month lease would be the same rate as the 12 month lease).

OR

2. An additional 3% off rent for initial lease term

Flexible Living Programs 

We also offer the following flexible living programs and perks:

Rent with Confidence
Rent with confidence with our 90-Day Guarantee. Should your current job situation change, our Rent with Confidence program allows you to cancel your lease within the first 90 days after moving in. You only pay rent for the time you lived with us.

Transfer Program
If something changes, and you need to relocate across town or country, we have you covered. If you find another Equity apartment home you love and decide to move into, your application, move-out, and settlement fees are all waived. A 30-day notice is required.
