When I arrived here, after my husband passed away…. I had to learn how to do a lot of financial business on the computer including paying rent, utilities etc. The back office was so helpful and their patience was so appreciated. As an Elder I am very grateful for all the help from the concierges!

Angelo is phenomenal. He is a dedicated leasing consultant but also goes over and beyond by checking on the welfare and satisfaction of the tenants at 77 Park, even after they have moved in. Angelo is an asset to Equity, and 77 Park. He is the 5th star on the 5 star rating! - Ed

We love this place! It is seriously the BEST! The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. Seriously if a sink is even clogged - its fixed in a few hours. They just got amazing new outdoor furniture for the terrace too. Robert Property Manager, Noel, Darren, Stephanie and Sue are all incredible! Had such a great experience

Jessica Martinez is an absolutely star! I worked with her over 9 months to find the perfect home for us. I've lived here since sept 2009 and am very happy with all the positive changes you've made to the building with new elevator floors, polishing the lobby floors and especially all the new furniture for the sundeck. I think the sundeck is a great perk of this building and it's become so popular you may need to put even more furniture out there. Nice work overall.

We've lived here for almost a month and the experience has been great. Everyone from the leasing associates to the front desk have been so friendly and accommodating.
