I really enjoyed that the office was always available when you need the staff. I like my neighbors and how quiet the community was. I felt very safe and comfortable at Bradley park!

This complex has been home to me for a long time. It was hard to have Gus leave. But, the new maintenance guy is growing on me. Overall, Bradley Park has taken good care of me and I hope the mutual relationship continues.

The friendly staff, apartment with garage, clean and well kept grounds, location, it's quiet, small community. Everything about bradley park apts. is excellent!! The apt. itself is the nicest i've ever rented. If not for losing job and moving for school i would have stayed indefinately. I've never had any issues while living here. The quality of the apts and staff make it feel like 'home'.

I love the Bradley Park Apartment Homes. They offer a secure place to live and most of the neighbors are pretty friendly. The staff has also been very helpful.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Gus is quick to get my requests done. The community just got new barkdust and it makes my home so nice. Glad to be living here even though I work far away. Well worth coming home to a nice place.

We've enjoyed living here and we'll be sad to move. It's taken us longer to buy a house than we had planned when we first moved in (7.5 years ago). But this was such a comfortable place to live that we didn't feel like we were in a big hurry to leave.

All the staff at bradley are great. All my maintenance issues were taken care of quickly and christy and jr are genuinely kind, helpful and professional.

After living in our own home for years we were a little weary about apartment living...Bradley Park is more like luxury condos and we absolutley love it here.

Loved the community. I lived here for just about 2 years in total and if it were not for the job transfer and the layoffs I would have continued to live here.

I have so enjoyed my time at Bradly Park apartments. The location was ideal, the property and the apartment itself are beautiful. I feel safe and proud to live there. Staff has been wonderful, maintenence outstanding. I will absolutely recommend the community to anyone considering renting.

Overall we have been pleased to be here we appreciate the layout here at Bradley Park where we get very minimal noise from our neighbors and with 3 kids have had no noise complaints from ours.

All factors play into the initial decision to move in. However once here most of our time is in our unit and that is what affects us daily. The grounds are nice and the staff available and pleasant when needed.

While a few things needed to be fixed after I moved in the maintenance person fixed them immediately so I have no complaints at all about the problems that arose. They are very friendly and efficient here.

There were only a few minor problems upon move in-nothing major. The office management responded right away. My family and I love the that it is so awesomely quite here. We get lost in the shower' and I,'immediately fell in love with the kitchen sinks, the beautiful linoleum floors and everything about the apartment. My family and I hope to prolong our stay here at Bradley Park for some time and we're very pleased with the office staff and community here at Bradley Park. We appreciate and thank you for welcoming us into your homes and have already recommended other family members and friends.

I absolutely love living here at Bradley Park! The staff is exceptional and I couldn't ask for a better home, better kept grounds or faster service. Amy quickly & effectively handles issues and leads an all around awesome team. I've had the pleasure of catching Melissa out painting curbs on sunny days and Peter & Gus are always hard at work, as well. Even when I've had some odd requests, they were right there to help, no questions asked. They resolve service requests quickly and are always pleasant to see on the property. I really appreciate Amy going above and beyond by putting up fliers, door-to-door in our community, for my 3-day breast cancer walk. I don't see myself leaving Bradley Park anytime in the near future!
