The Office staff, especially Shanai, was always very friendly and professional. The Complex is well maintained and the Maintenance crew is always quick to respond and get the job done right. I have enjoyed living here the last 6 years.

I loved living here for the past 2 years. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was a beautiful and comfortable apartment in a great area. I would stay here longer if I was not moving with the military.

We are very pleased with our new apartment. Although there were a few repair issues, they were handled in a timely manner to our complete satisfaction. We appreciate the clean and well-maintained apartment itself and surrounding areas such as common areas and walkways.

Love the staff! They were great to us and are very friendly and helpful! The usual apartment noises were never evident. Very quiet (except for the home construction nearby). Apartments were built solidly and with noise suppression in mind.

The only thing that may prevent me from continuing living here is the rent. I realize that the rent will be a little more based on the overall quality of the community but being in the military, my income is pretty fixed. When my lease is up on my one bedroom I will be looking to move up to a two bedroom and the rent for a two bedroom may be a little too much. I hope not because I really enjoy living here.

I am very pleased with the area, the price, the staff and the location of my apartment. The only thing is the item mentioned before, a two way on/off switch ought to have been considered at that kitchen lay out. other than that, I am very pleased living here.

Layna and Ed make me feel like I am a valued resident at Bella Terra which I really appreciate because I have maintained the highest of standards and respect for the property over a seven year period. I appreciate so many things about living here. Prompt service, professional, friendly staff, lots of green lawn and parking and I am looking foward to the 'no smoking' rule. Thank you for providing this lovely space for me.
