The office staff is very friendly and courteous. They are one of the reasons that we enjoy being here; They are quick to help with anything and maintenance is prompt to fix any problem there might be.

I do love this apartment community. Love the staff and their true desire to see me satisfied while living here. I moved recently and lived in a community where the costumoer service was terrible, so I am very pleased with the people that work here, especially Tresha Weyer - she adds so much to this community making it feel more like home.

This apartment is in a great location to me, giving me easy access to the highways and commercial districts while still in a safe residential area. The building much more sound-proof then I expected plus the washer and dryer unit will save me a lot of time and effort. And to top this all off I got a great price for my apartment and the staff & Maintenance were very courteous and professional.

Everyone at Fox Run has been very helpful, especially Tresha. She helped me when I had issues moving in, and did not show me any disrespect when I decided to move. That is what makes this community excellent. I've lived in other places and the second you say you are moving out, they treat you horribly. But Tresha and Christina have made everything very simple and stress free. I am glad to be moving to another Equity Residential property.

We looked at a unit Saturday afternoon, filled out all the paper work and got the back ground check taken care of. One of the ladies stayed late to get us into out place so we could spend Sunday moving in not have to wait until Monday. It was helpful because we had moved from out of state and our stuff was in a uhaul and we only had to stay one night in a hotel. The FOX RUN STAFF ROCK!!!!!

i would like to express gratitude for the great job Tresha does at fox run in federal way. she was the person to address all our concerns before moving in and making us feel welcome here. she deserves a raise and she truly is the heart of this community!

Great staff! Well kept area. Pleasant to walk around the complex to look at the fresh cut grass or flowers that have been planted. No issues with neighbors.

I have had the most wonderful experience while living at Fox Run. The office staff has always been courteous, friendly, fast to resolve any issues, and have always been amazingly professional. If it was not for the job location creating the necessity to move, I would stay here forever.
