Overall it's quiet and comfortable. The office staff is very helpful and the maintanence men are very courteous and quick.

I have absolutly loved living in this appartment for the past 2 years. i tell everyone how great it is. I'm sad to leave, but maybe when my boyfriends lease is finished and we can start looking for a place together we may come back. The service you provide is unbeatable. Thank you.

Sage is a really wonderful place to live. All of our maintenance requests were answered super quickly. We were love Rob, he's wonderfully nice and helpful. My boyfriend and I are very satisfied living here!

I have lived at Mill Creek (Monterra) for 5 years and here at Sage for over a year...love Equity properties and staff. Had a wonderful job opportunity so need to break my lease..and that is the only reason I am moving. Keep on keeping on...you are doing good things!

I am very happy that I have a full size washer and dryer. Carpet was new, very comforting. The fire place is the cherry on top. I enjoy living here so far.

I haved lived here since 2003 when it was Sienna Apartments. I was one of the first tenents to Live here right after the Apartments opened. I love it here. Thank you for giving me a wonderful place to live. I would like to thank the Staff and maintenance crew for everything thet do for me

Sage apartments has been great the past year that I have lived here. Rob, Thor, and Angela really have made this place feel great for me! I am sad to leave, but have recommended this place to friends of mine! Thanks again!

I enjoy everything the Sage community has to offer. I think I would feel safer if there was a gate at the entrance, but not sure if this is feasable at this time. Thank you!

I have lived for the past 5 years at an Equity property (Monterra at Mill Creek) and loved it. Sage now is my home and I look forward to many years here. Love Equity properties!!!

I really enjoyed living here at sage apartments it is a very calm place to live no one bothers you and I would totally recommend these apartments to anyone if I would to move over to this area again these would be the apartment that I would choose to live in again. We love the apartment, the price is nice as well. The only things we aren't thrilled with are the location (because we have a 30-40 min commute) but that is no fault of yours, and we think it would be nice if the fitness center/ hot tub were open later. We work graveyard shift and are never awake in the day, even on our days off. So, we never really have the opportunity to use either.

I have never been treated with such respect. Thor Garcia was the one that myself and my husband worked with, and he was amazing. Not only is the price right, the staff went out of their way to make sure that my transition was smooth and seamless. I am so pleased, that I have refered my friends, as well as some family members. Out of every place I have lived, (and I have lived in 2 states, many differant cities, and many more homes) this is by far, the most impressive. Im not leaving, until I buy a home, which is pretty far out. You should be proud of your buisness, and your staff. They took care of everything for me. I love it!!

I love the apartment. The only thing I feel that would make it 100% is a play area for the children.

The apartment is spectacular, the price is great..we couldn't be happier! We moved from Kentucky and we had to find an apartment just using pictures from the internet. Once we arrived here we found the whole complex is just as nice as it is depicted on the equity website

Since the staff has been taken over there have been some issues resulting from the past ownership. The new staff is very paitent in helping to resolve these issues.
