Overall a great stay. I was glad to move right in and have an oversized 1-bedroom unit. The party room was very nice to have when my grandkids came to visit from Spokane.

We are sad to be leaving because Harbor Steps was an awesome home for us, at a terrific location, with wonderful views, a spacious layout, incredible friendly and efficient staff, and a certain magic of high quality and groundedness.

We toured a number of apartment buildings in downtown and Belltown before choosing Harbor Steps, and we had no trouble at all picking where to live. The quality of amenities and service (fitness center, renovated apartment with new appliances and granite countertops, friendliness and professionalism of the staff) are way better relative to the rent price than we could find elsewhere. We love the location and condition of the apartment, and the staff has been nothing but super-helpful and friendly all throughout the move and settling in process. Very pleased!

happy as a clam so far. Had some maintenance problem with the HVAC system. very responsive to fix- but the problem resurfaced shortly after. again response to fix and they are now calling in outside expertise to hopefully fix the problem. maintenance staff seem to care about doing a good job!

Everyone I interacted with during my move-in was very helpful, even late into the evening when I needed the loading dock opened. The staff are exceptionally responsive and polite. 5 stars.

The office staff are amazing. Chris stands out as the best I have seen in 20 years of travel. Apartments are everywhere, top notch staff are hard to find.
