I have lived in several apartment buildings over the last 10 years and I have never felt anything close to the customer service I receive here. The staff are all very friendly and extremely helpful.

Living at the Centennial Tower has been a fantastic experience. I LOVED our neighbors, the yoga classes offered 2x a week, the view from our apartment, the smoke-free policy, the amenities, and the location. If we weren't expecting a baby next month, we would most likely still remain!

For me the most important things are: 1) The apartment itself. Having a big enough bedroom, my own bathroom, a spacious closet, good natural lighting, nice carpet...One of the features of my apartment which won me over was the enormous windows. I love my apartment, and think it is an incredibly nice and comfortable place to live. 2) Location. It is important for me to be in the belltown/downtown/capitol hill neighborhoods, and to be within walking distance of things like the 545 bus stop.

Price is always relevant. But a long term place to live is important as well. The people that work here are the best. They all go out of their way for everyone.

I've been here nearly 3 years, and it was easily the best place to live in Seattle. The staff and neighbors made life extremely comfortable and it really was more than just an apartment, it was a home. Thanks Equity!

I have been very happy with the building, and with my apartment in particular. I use the gym a lot, and love that it is open 24 hours a day. I think it is amazing how big the windows in the apartments are. I love natural light, and get plenty of it in my apartment. Thanks!

I believe the item chosen in #7 includes a mutiple check on all other items. I am comfortable here, feel safe, and have back up for services. You have put together good people for management and service, I look forward to maintaining my relationship with them.

Faith Rucker, the Equity Residential employee who showed me the building, was extremely professional and far more welcoming than any other person I had spoken to at other apartment complexes. It played a huge roll in determining my choice to move in to the Centennial Apartments.

One of the major reasons we chose this apartment was the professional and sincere approach of our leasing agent, Natalie. We felt that her service was exceptional, and that by living here on the property she had a great deal of credibility. She did a great job of promoting the property as a 'community' and so far we have found that to be the case.
