I have been living here for several years. The prie is very reasonalbe, the locatiion is perfect for me, being on a major bus route. It is quiet for the most part. Also the apartments are comfortable and have features that fit my needs very well, ie a fireplace, deck, washer and dryer in the apartment. Over all I am very satisfied and look forward to continuing to live here for years to come.

This community is very near to most of work places and very convenient to restaurants, malls and downtown. The staff are wonderful people and my special thanks to Leah Hill.

Leah Sullivan, the property manager was very professional and attentive of all our needs durning the move-in , which help relieve some of the stress that goes along with moving. I was very pleased and satisfied how she welcomed us in our new apartment/community.

The community is so peaceful, quiete and we don't really worry about security and the neighbors around us. We are happy the way the office staff treats us. It is a comfortable place to live in.

the apartment is perfect and the staff(leah) continue to be amazing! the only thing i can think of that would improve my experience here would be the parking. the spots are just too small for anyone that does not have a compact car. other than this, i love this place.

lea was a key part of me moving to the martine. she was super patient with me and my wife. she even stayed two hours late on a a friday to help us make our decision. i love my place and the community and have already gave lea a referral from a friend and co-worker.

The office staff is friendly and helpful. Service requests are being answered in a timely manner (Laura is great!). We appreciate the management's efforts to keep the complex clean. As a side note, I noticed that some residents are placing food waste in recycling bins. Maybe management staff can distribute flyers with guidelines as far as what atems are recyclable and which ones are not. Thank you in advance!

I am very thankful to Leah for the great assistance. She showed a geat patience while replying many questions we asked over and over. also, we experienced an great reponse during our first few days for small issues.

We really love the Martine - location, interior updates, vaulted ceilings, south facing (for sun exposure) and John at the office is great! He is very attentive, friendly and takes care of any issues we present with promptness and concern.

I am so impressed with this apartment complex. From the very first day I walked in the office to leasing an apartment and now living here has been a great experience. The staff, John and Erika seem to really care about everything. When I was moving in, John would check in with me and see if everything was OK, and would ask if I needed anything. They really make you feel welcomed here even after you sign the lease. Most places, once you sign the lease, there job is done. Not here, they want to make sure you are happy and when I told John of a few minor fixes that needed to be done, it was taken care of the next day. I hope to be here for many years. It really feels like a home, not just an apartment. Thank you!!

As a single woman who moved here without knowing anyone, I was a little concerned when I learned that the apartments would be undergoing renovations and that a contruction crew would be present for many months...My fears were soon alleviated!...The men are all professional and courteous and deserve to be recognized for their hard work!....The complex is looking very nice--except for the landscaping!...Outside my apartment (B102) it's just not pretty--dirt, rocks and weeds....I do hope that there are plans in the future to beautify the areas outside our patios :) ....All in all, I am very satisfied living here...
