My experience at the Oaks has been great! The apartments are very nice inside, and priced very reasonably for the area. The whole staff is very personable and are always available when I need them!

Debra, the property manager has been extremely helpful. She is kind and professional and has gone out of her way to make me feel welcome and has quickly resolved any issues. She has excellent knowledge about the community and is committed to making the residents feel satisfied.

Indira and Stephanie have been welcoming and helpful from the very first visit. They have consistently and promptly responded to every question and issue I raised. There were some minor repairs and maintenance needed as we moved in, and maintenance fixed everything quickly and without any problems. Excellent job!

stephanie and indira from the local office are great. stephanie made everything very upbeat and fun while we first toured the apartment and has been so helpful since then. indira did the walk through with us when we moved in. her cheerful conversation and genuine friendliness was very welcoming. good job, ladies!

Office staff and maintenance service are consistently very professional, responsive and pleasant to interact with. Maintenance crew has responded and quickly corrected minor issues that I have had; sink disposal stuck, stove electronics shorted out (due to my error!). Like the way the grounds are maintained and recent repair work to sidewalks, resurfacing parking areas/relining, trimming trees, etc.

I find the location and pricing for the apartments is reasonable. The staff is exceptional and always smiling. As long as the apartment pricing doesn't change, I would be happy to consider The Oaks at Falls Church home for a long time to come.
