Over all I like the townhomes because of the area. Also my daughter loves living here because she has here friends and school. There's a lot of kids here I believe you should offer more activities for them.

Office staff (Christina and Tyrone) were excellent. They made the entire experience pleasant. The Maintenance Foreman (Ray) also stopped by to see if we had any questions or concerns. That was a very pleasant surprise.

Townes at Herndon is a gem! It's very difficult to find small rental communities which offer so many amenities. I've lived here for a year and a half and have really enjoyed it.

I moved in in June, and, I think this is by far the best community I have ever lived in. I am a single working mom, and, knowing that I never have to worry about things like maintenance is a plus, the location is amazing for schools, daycare and stores.

The office and maintainence staff at Townes are superb! Combined with the unique totally townhouse community, this makes Townes a great place to not just live but to call home!

It's a great privilege to be part of this community. The place is well kept and it's very convenient to shopping malls, schools etc. The office staff are extremely nice and very professional.

Christina was a great guide through the whole process. We've been here for a month now and can't think of a single thing that has not been up to our expectations. The community is nice, it's quiet at night, neighbors are friendly, and it's in a perfect location to enjoy all that Herndon has to offer.

Christina (the office staff person we worked with for our lease and move in) was AMAZING. She took care of things we needed quickly and accurately. She was very welcoming and she's a great staff member! Definitely weighted in on the decision to move to the Townes at Herndon!

the community really fits my needs. I've enjoyed living here. The community itself is great and i thing the management does a great job keeping it looking nice and have attended to my maintenance requests in a timely manner.

This community continues to be the most professionally run and well designed community I have ever rented, and I have rented at some top level communities. The combination of the townhouse design with the attached garage in an all townhouse community, along with the excellent maintenance staff and professional office staff, are what makes Townes excel!!

Our final decision was based on how we were treated during the initial home shopping. we had a very bad experience at one of our homes, so we were very pleased with the way we got prompt attention and just very nice service. Christina is an excellent leasing office agent and she is who closed the deal for us. We thank you for the great service and comfortable living.

I am a single tennet I wanted to comment on the Townes at Herndon Staff: Shortly after movin I had several packages delivered requiring signature and for someone to open the garauge door to put it inside. James 'bent over backwards' to help me out with package delivies more than once and I am greatly appreciative!! Thank you James for everything! Christina was very friendly and helpful during the entire movin process also.
