I am very satisfied with my apartment. It offers a very good value in a nice community that is close to everything I need. Vavaria Etheredge in the leasing office is Property Manager Extraordinaire! All Equity property managers should train under her as she does everything right. Vavaria is an awesome asset to this property and your company -- don't ever let her go.

I HAVE SPOKEN WITH A YOUNG LADY AT THE OFFICE NAMED TANISHA, SHE WAS VERY NICE & VERY HELPFUL WITH ALL OF MY CONCERNS. SHE HAS ALREADY EITHER ADDRESSED THE ISSUES OR HAD SOMEONE ADDRESS THEM. I SAY THANKS TO HER VERY MUCH.

I really enjoyed living in this community. If not for my job relocating me I would of stayed. The office staff was excellent, but Tanisha Demby really did an exceptional job with my move in and move out. She made everything easy as possible and did a really nice job! Will definately come back if anything changes with my job. Thanks again for wonderful service.

Tanisha is awesome! She is very knowledgable and helpful. She responds to your request in a timely manner and she will always try to help you as much as she can. When I met her, her professionalism made me want to live here. I knew that I would be happy!

I have been living at Stoney Ridge for 3 years and I brag to all my friends on what a great place it is to live. The Staff is outstanding and they make me feel at home. Maintenance staff is fantastic, very prompt.

I really enjoy my apartment it's very cozy big enough for me and my son. I would rather live in my apartment then a single family home. I will be here for a while and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice area to live.
