I had a WONDERFUL 3 years here! I am extremely sorry to move, the staff, especially Natasha Basil, is wonderful and the property is amazing! I have even referred other collegues to The Cascade, and they love it as well! Thanks for a GREAT renting experience!

I chose this apartment complex before I relocated to the area and it is absolutely fabulous. It is better than what I expected and I can see myself living here again after my lease is up this year.

Somebody please pinch me because I feel like I'm living in a dream! This has been the best customer service experience I've ever received in the entire history of my life! Seriously, Justin and Natasha are angels sent straight from the man upstairs(God) himself. I love my apartment and loved the my move-in experience. If I would ever leave my apartment and venture out in Alexandria I probably would be able to recommend it to my new friends. But seeing as though I'm obsessed with staying inside I haven't had the opportunity to tell as many people. Rest assure, the moment that I get a life (and friends) I will recruit as many new tenants as I can. Thank you Cascade at Landmark! Oh, did I mention I love that I finally have a washing machine and dryer??!! Seriously the highlight of my life! :-)

Its been a blast living here. Very affordable, onsite storage and indoor parking has been a lifesaver!

First I will say that I am a real person, in case this ends up on a website as reference for potential renters. I moved here from a very small area of SW Virginia and had nothing but apprehension for the entire process. Moving here was absolutely one million times better than I ever expected. The staff understands and is incredibly helpful and professional, the photos online do no real justice for how roomy and comfortable the apartment is, the building is always friendly and feels very safe. This was the right way to begin a new life in a place bigger than anywhere I've ever thought of living. Thanks, Rob.

I like the location and the fact that it's quiet. Neighbors seem to be working professionals.

The office staff at Cascades are like family now. They are always accommodating, pleasant and patient. I know that tenants can try one's patience, but it is never ever evident with the office staff. I love Natasha and Jack. They make a wonderful team.

Natasha Basil answered my first inquiry call to Cascade @ Landmark she was so professional, nice and informative, I put Cascade on the top of my appointment list because she left me with such a positive impression. When I came to see the property she was of but Jack Freund was here. He was equally as fantastic. He was patient and so helpful. He answered all of my endless questions and then when I called the next day to see the apartment again he told me to come by whenever I wanted to. He made everything so easy. On my move-in day, Therese was working at the front desk and she treated me as if she had known me for years. She is so friendly and kind. And when I did not have tv or internet for the first 10 days of my stay here, she lent me a whole box of dvds to watch. I am very happy that I chose to live here!

Wonderful community with a great location and exceptional amenities. We especially enjoy the all purpose room and patio and tennis court area. We look forward to enjoying the pool soon. The staff is fabulous. We previously had a few refrigerator issues, but they were eventually resolved and all is well.

I could walk my dog and the supermarket is there and my bank is around the corner. The workers come on time and do there work wonderful and management is terrific. Thanks for everything!

My wife and I are very pleased with the apartment. The staff is very helpful and courteous and we have no complaints. The building is in a great location close to metro transportation and shopping.
