They are doing a terrific job. Michelle, Aneka, and Mike are extremely attentive and take good care of the building and residents. Michelle is friendly, helpful, considerate and professional. Every small question or request is handled promptly.

I have really enjoyed living at Old Town Lofts. It’s really about the people here. The people who work here are so kind and thoughtful. There is always a solution to any issue you might have and they are always happy to help. The location is perfect for anyone who enjoys living walking distance to great food and bars.

Truly going to miss living here! This has been our home for the last couple of years, and included many firsts here! first dog, our marriage. Ill miss seeing the team every day when I pass by the office and wave good morning. We absolutely loved our unit. Will miss this place!

Karrin has assisted me for about 1 year or so prior to me moving in. I have wanted to live here for a few years and really wanted all of the information. She made sure every time a new listing came up to let me know promptly and allowed me to see and gave me paper work info on it. She’s truly a doll. Not to mention she’s hilarious.

Karrin is extraordinary! I am constantly impressed by the above-and-beyond efforts she goes to, like delivering packages to my door when my work runs too late for pickups or opening the front door when she sees me walking in with an armful of groceries. Her positive presence transforms OTL from "a place to live" to a true "home." Wow! :
