Would rate 10 stars if possible. Extremely pleased w this community. From very start, experience was above standard. Moving from OH during a pandemic, staff made it stress free. Stay was great. Spacious. Clean. Quiet. LOVE the new gym. Staff always friendly, facility crew awesome, Mike was the best. Clear reflection of leadership!

The entire Geary Courtyard team from Leasing to Service is superb.I love where I live and I can’t wait to renew my lease. I am constantly trying to get to friends to move in because it is that NICE. The best part is once the scene of the SF goes back to normal, GC will only get nicer.

Our apartment was very clean and very well maintained. It was a pleasure moving in knowing a quick wipe down was all that was necessary. The staff was very friendly, helpful and kind. The rental process was so easy. It is a crazy and unusual time to be moving and the process really helped with the normal stress of moving.

Elicia and Erika are incredibly friendly and helpful, and say hi to my partner and I every time they see us in the lobby. Repairs are addressed in a timely manner and the common spaces are always kept clean. During renovations, they were realistic with the expectation of when the spaces would be reopened and stuck to them.

Lived in Geary Courtyard since 2012. Lots of changes in between. But generally we enjoyed our time at Geary Courtyard. The only thing that didnt change were the engineer and maintenance housekeeping crew. All 3 have been excellent through the years.

I've had a great experience here so far. The apartment and building are great, and the staff always does an excellent job. They're always helpful and friendly. Also, one of the greatest features I think, is the package locker system.

I am very satisfied with all aspects of my time here so far. The staff has been perfect and beyond helpful, and they go a long way in making you feel welcome in the building. The building is in good order and has great amenities (the package lockers are really a great feature). I don't have any complaints so thanks again for providing a great place to live in!

Lauren Sandler is my leasing specialist and has been absolutely fantastic to work with during my move from Seattle to San Francisco. I moved to the Geary Courtyard Apartments having never seen the apartments prior to my move in day. One of my biggest concerns was whether or not I was bringing too much/too little furniture. Lauren eased any concerns I had by sending me a detailed breakdown/blueprint with the exact dimensions of the apartment so I was able to plan ahead exactly what/how my furniture will fit in my new studio apartment. Lauren has been very friendly, prompt, and professional and I look forward to working with her and the community for some time to come!

Having called my apt 'home' for 13 years, I have experienced various Leasing Office Staff some more memorable than others. The current Leasing Office Team is professional, friendly and helpful. The one constant positive team is the maintenance staff. Boris, Felipe & Susana are stellar. They're very respectful to all the residents, complete Service Requests in a timely manner and keep this building clean!

The onsite management staff has been fantastic with accommodating my recent request for a transfer within the Geary Courtyard community. So far, I love it here! My closet light stopped working, so I put in a service request on New Year's eve. I wasn't expecting anyone to come until after the weekend. A gentleman was knocking on my door within 20 minutes! Now that is service. Thank you!

I am really happy with your apartment in Geary, location is close to everything, neighborhood?... since we are secured, (gated garage and front doors with security). I feel secure, it is well maintained biulding and if I have something to be fixed it is done right away.the staffs are helpful and friendly.
