Over all it has been a great experience living at the Village. Anytime we needed any fixed or repaired you guys were on it. My wife and I moved here our first year of marriage and have truly enjoyed the location as it is perfect walking distance of One Paseo and The Highlands Town Center.

I love the friendly, caring and professional management and staff, and the green, well-tended landscaping. Patios on the downstairs units make the living rooms seem even more spacious. Remodeled apartments are modern, clean and nicely appointed. Hope youll come see!

I have to provide the utmost praise to Wilbert who is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is dedicated, kind, knowledgeable, and truly a spectacular person and employee. While we have had some bumps along the way with appliances etc., he has gone above and beyond to make sure our family is safe, comfortable, and taken care of.

Ive had the pleasure of meeting at least six different management staff members at The Village at Del Mar Heights - every one of them has been very professional, friendly and always helpful. Maintenance team members have been great, responsive and efficient, and groundskeeping crew do a great job of keeping our landscaping beautiful.

I think everyone in the office as well as the maintenance staff have outstanding communications skills. They’re approachable, cordial, and efficient. They have followed up without fail on every and any concern we’ve had. We’ve been renting here for a while now and one of the incentives for staying has been the trust we have in yr team.

Christopher and Brittany are the reason the apartments are rented consistently and continue to be rented. Having a caring and attentive staff goes a long way to help the reputation of the complex so that others can advertise their experiences. This team is keeping up the standards that I have enjoyed while living here. Both Brittany and Christopher are wonderful people.
