I have been here for 12 years and plan on being here for several more. This last question was tough to answer because all of the options apply to why I continue to live here. I have always had good neighbors, the location is perfect for all of my needs, I'm always complimented on what a nice apartment it is, and the office staff and maintenance workers have always been efficient, competent and courteous. I also like that management is always doing improvements to the property and safety of the tenants.

I moved to Winchester Park in the last week of June and since then it has been a wonderful experience living here. From the office staff to the maintenance service folks, every request were attended. Definitely a place that I would recommend to anyone who is seeking a comfortable place to live in.

The office staff is very helpful and nice! I've only interacted with Matt and Milena but they have both been wonderful. We are really enjoying the apartment complex as well as our apartment!

When I moved in a year ago, I felt like I was settling into a place that I might call home for years. The staff at Winchester Park were just as helpful and friendly as I had remembered, and I felt instantly comfortable. In a different economy I wouldn't be leaving.

All of the above are important factors. It is hard to choose just one. I have been delighted with my choice to make my home here. The location is ideal, close to everything important to me and my family. The office staff and ESPECIALLY the maintenance staff have gone out of their way numerous times to help make my life easier. I'm very happy here.

My experience moving into the apartment as great. I felt the staff took time out of their day to assist me. Maintenance service is very imporatant to me. My requests have been immediately responded to everytime.

So far, Winchester Park has been a great place to live. The apartment community is very quiet, especially at night. Members of the apartment community appear nice. The environment of the apartment community itself is very inviting. I feel Winchester Park is a safe, quiet, and affordable place to live.
