I really appreciate the resort-style living in this complex. It is very modern and neat. I like that the maintenance team appear to take such pride in being thorough with the common areas and greet everyone pleasantly. Everything works as it should or is promptly repaired. The managerial team are always pleasant, helpful and kind.

The condolences for the loss of my dog was very kind. Kelly and her team goes above and beyond to maintain the property and establish a community. I am considering switching units when my lease is up I’m very happy here. I know if I need anything they will do their best to help.

The Alton is a beautiful place that we called home for 14 months. We are excited to transfer within the company to The Kelvin. Excited for the Kelvin as it’s a smaller, more Intimate community tucked away from the main roads.

It has been such an amazing experience being the first tenant to move into the Alton! The leasing team here is 2nd to NONE!! The amenities are BEAUTIFUL, the staff is ALWAYS helpful, attentive and willing to go the extra mile in all they do! The ONLY reason we are leaving is because my husbands job was transferred!

The staff at the Alton are amazing. The building is well cared for and residents are always kept in the loop of day to functions. Also it’s a community environment, with events to get to know your neighbors and so pet friendly. Love the weekly food truck visits and vet care that comes to you. Great place to live.

We have had a great experience with the team. Especially the maintenance guy. I think his name was Cesar. He was so nice! Came by and fixed our ice maker in the refrigerator right away after chatting with him in the elevator.

From the start excellent customer service to all the staff everyone is very friendly. The move in process was very smooth. We love our floor plan, the appliances, the kitchen cabinets very modern. Also we enjoy the amenities very well done from the gym to the clubhouses especially the rooftop. We love calling the Alton out home.

Great staff.!!! From the tour, to our move in, to taking care of maintenance issues ,and the staffs dedication to keeping this property in 5 star condition is unbelievable. I have a service dog and everyone on staff Always talks to him which makes my day.. BRANDI is a great manager .never too busy to stop what shes doing to chat
