Overall I am satisfied with Equity Residential and find this to be a very comfortable place to be. Looking forward to a great experience here. Oh yeah....the doormen are all awesome!!

Very good staff and in unit upgrades especially for an older NYC building at reasonable price for the neighborhood.

The Parc Coliseum team is responsive, polite, helpful and professional. Moving in here was easier by far than my previous NYC apartment rental experience -- it was hassle free. The online processes are user friendly and so convenient. The service team -- maintenance and doormen -- get the job done with a great attitude. We're happy to be living here.

Overall, I have enjoyed (and continue to enjoy) my time in the building. The doormen, Allan, and Danny are all lovely and I will miss them.

Love the staff, particularly Tammy Smith and the doormen. The units are very comfortable and nicely renovated. I would absolutely recomment Equity to a friend.
