I think that the team has been great with fixing the things that needed fixing. I like the message board for the building. I liked that I could get WiFi in the courtyard while I was waiting for WiFi to be installed. And so far, Im happy :

The leasing consultants, specifically Darika, have been extremely helpful throughout my moving process. Theyve answered all of my questions in a timely manner, helped ensure I was able to move in without missing work and reply to calls and emails so fast!

Since I’ve been living in NYC, this place is the best place I’ve lived. The people who lives here and who works in the building as doorman to the management office, are lovely, professional and human kind who cares about people and show it. I am very happy to be living here on West 54th.

Every year it gets better to live here. Mirsad, Jazem, Omar, Irving, Joe, Michael, Ayodel, and James are all terrific. And, the leasing consultant Darika is wonderful, and the newest manager is helpful.

Living at West 54th has been a huge upgrade from my last apartment. The staff team has really make it feel like home. I really enjoy all of the gatherings you host, as well as being kept in the loop of what is going on in the building through email updates.

I have been blown away with how helpful your team has been throughout our move in process. Brandon was able to answer all questions about the apartment and building, and was very accommodating showing my roommates the apartment at our desired times. The application process was effortless. Everyone that Ive met thus far has been incredibly kind, patient with my many questions, and eager to help, and has made the moving process as easy as it can be for me! We truly enjoyed our time at West 54th Apartments. Unfortunately we are loosing one of our roommates and can no longer afford rent. Because of this we have to find else where to live. Wish we could stay though!

I lived in this apartment for just over a year. Loved the location - it allowed me to avoid mass transit. The staff is amazing especially Omar. It was great to come home each night and see him at concierge desk. He had my packages ready and was always most courteous both in person and over the phone. Staff kept the hallways immaculate.

I love the staff-- the customer service is superb. Every time we have an issue with the apartment its fixed in less than 24hrs. The doormen are also extreamly professional helpful - always trying to add value. Lastly the office continues to be of great help - felicia in particular is amazing.

The Equity Residential apartment staff are amazing- from the doormen/women being extremely personable and welcoming, to the office staff being so hands on and involved in any requests or or their willingness to help with any needs.. to the service team and their attentiveness and attention to detail. I feel safe and at home being at 505 West 54th. THe property is getting more and more beautiful and the our apartment is great. Thanks to all!

From my first intial meeting with Abel and to my experience decidng and signing on the Lease with Doris Hu, i felt that the process was one of the least stress free parts of any moving experience. Doris, Abel amd Jim couldnt have been more professional and welcoming and made the decison to have this be my new home one that was made with confidence. The doorman are amazing. The new management team did a fantastic job during the transition. They were phenomenal and were very needed in the building. They were receptive, welcoming, and ensured to make the changes in the building smoothly. They also created more of a community and made upgrades to the building, which makes residents feel like their money is being well spent.

The front desk personnel is outstanding. Always pleasant and accommodating. The maintenance staff is awesome as well. They get requests done in the 24 hour time frame promised as well as showing up instantly when there is an emergency.
