Everyone here at 71 Broadway has made us feel very welcomed. The staff has been amazing answering all of our questions while we settle in. Joe the Service Manager and Max have been of a great help to us making sure our apartment is in great condition and working out to our specific needs. It is really starting to feel like home.

The team at 71 Broadway continues to work hard and bypasses my expectations on a daily basis. They keep the building clean and tidy and the concierge stays on top of visitors and packages. I am thoroughly impressed by the team at 71 Broadway. I have moved a few times in the city, but this was by far the easiest move to date. Nicole was quick and diligent from the first showing to handing me the keys. This high quality of service has matched by the doormen and porters. I am grateful to be living in a well managed building.

71 Broadway has been my home for more than 12 years. The building is located close to major transit hubs, is well maintained, smoke-free and pet-friendly. However, it is the staff that makes 71 Broadway so great. Concierge, maintenance, porter and community management staff are wonderful. Professional, friendly and efficient. Thank you

I love 71 Broadway. The staff are my family in NYC. I write them notes every Christmas gushing my feelings of gratitude and appreciation, but they are truly angels. The building is lovely and convenient. I love the amenities, the high ceilings, and natural light, the gym, the rooftop, and everything in between. i dont want to move.

Filled out a service request at the front desk. Within a hour Fabian porter came up to inspect my door. He was very kind and professional. He found a solution and I love the fact that I never have to follow up with buildings staff for maintenance issues or repairs. The entire staff on hand is tremendous.

I chose to move back after 4 years away because I love the building and neighborhood. However, the biggest factor, by far, in my decision to move back is the 71 Broadway team. Many have been here since my first stay 2001-2014. Most are still here. Those that are new have been incredible as well.

Leasing office was very helpful for the move-in. Reception people are extremely helpful and nice - I received dozens of boxes, some of them being heavy, and they always smiled when I came to take the boxes - they would even open the elevator and put the boxes on a cart if they were heavy. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Office and service staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are always addressed in a timely fashion. The apartment common spaces are kept clean and tidy. Never any problems with noise from the neighbors. Great place to live! The only thing I would change would be for the rooftop to be open later hours during the summer time.

We had a wonderful experience living at 71 Broadway. The apartment and the amenities were great but the best part about living here were the awesome staff. The entire experience with Equity here at 71 Broadway has been outstanding. Raina in leasing was by far the best and most profession person I have encountered in any building I have visited. She was no doubt part of the reason I selected this apartment. The apartment was everything I expected. The staff is outstanding. At every turn they are helpful, courteous, and friendly. From the moment we walked on to moving in we have met incredibly gracious people who work at 71 Broadway. Kevin was our first impression and his genuine approach made us feel extremely comfortable and he listened to our needs. Raina has been superb to work with through the leasing process. She responsed to email or calls quickly with details and continues to reach out to us as we settle in. We utilized the coast to coast program for a job relocation from Denver, CO and the ease of finding an Equity Apartment was ideal! Thank you also to the maintenance staff who helped us gain more shower pressure in our shower! Living here this first month has felt like home

I have been very pleased with the living experience in this building. First of all the location is great for mg job and any other commute. The apartment is bright and i love the high ceilings! The staff is an absolute pleasure to interact with, always so professional, helpful and do everything with a kind smile.

I was really pleased (and grateful) for the building's thoughtful preparations for Hurricane Sandy. 71 Broadway was far better equipped than any other building I've heard of to minimize negative effects of the hurricane/blackout. Very well done.

Everything is fabulous so far!Raina did an amazing job and was extremely responsive! I ask a lot of questions, and she always returned answers in a prompt manner. Everyone that works here has done an above and beyond job with making us feel welcome! We love it here!!!

I was hesitant to move to the financial district, but the building is a great place to live. I love my apartment. The new kitchens with views of downtown, more than sufficient closet space, a beautiful roof deck, and a great staff. The building is always clean and perfectly maintained.

I have lived on the east coast for just over 3 years now. Portside Towers I moved to with a roommate, 70 Greene I moved to when I got married, and 71 Broadway I moved to when I wanted to move to Manhattan. Its been very easy, staff has been great, and just knowing I have a home wherever I go makes change easy.

Very satisfied with friendliness and professionalism of staff. Service requests promptly addressed however it would be useful to have feedback on what the issue was with the appliance etc afterwards. Enjoying the refurbished roof, would be useful if it could remain open later.

I moved from Miami Beach to NYC and was renting an apartment sight unseen. I want to say that Lawris Brownmade this process so much less stressful than it could have been. he went the extra mile, was professional and his communication was extraordinary. Lawris has made this experience for me a positive one. I would recommend 71 Broadway for the simple fact that Lawris does an amazing job!

The whole package of living here is fantastic. It's hard to pick one thing that's the most important. Between amenities, the staff, apartment features and location, it has it all. Unfortunately in these times it's just not affordable for us anymore. You guys have been great!

I want to mention something about John Costa. He is one of the few people who really knows how to talk to and address residents in a building that describes itself as Luxury living. He has a sophistication that is rare in the real estate game, and my family has been very impressed by his demeanor, knowledge, and professionalism. We have two apartments at 71 Broadway, and it is good to know that if something needs to be addressed, he is here to address it. Staff/management is so important - and my family feels having Mr. Costa here is an example of Equity really knowing who to put in place so residents feel well taken care of.

Everyone that works here is so nice! I also like the people that live here that I have met- seem more professional then other buildings in the neighborhood. For personal financial reasons I need to cut my living expenses right now so I am moving out, but if I end up back in this area I would definitely live here again.

I have lived in many parts of Manhattan in many different types of buildings. I am very happy here, feel that I am being treated as if I live in a luxury hotel. I am not sure I can continue to afford it here but that has no bearing on how I feel about this building and the staff that manages it.

We absolutely loved living here and it is with a great deal of sadness that we are leaving this building....I would not hesitate to return sometime in the future. The entire staff (concierge, porters, etc.) could not be warmer or friendlier, they always have smiles on their faces. And last but not least, the on site rental agents (Ryan, John, Max)are the most accomodating, professional. and the absolute BEST! We will miss them!

I love my building and apartment. The location is great and its very good value. I would definitely recommend it to friends and coworkers! I really wish I didn't have to make a decision already about whether I am moving out or not but hopefully I will get my life sorted out by the end of my lease term and perhaps even stay in the building =)
