Location , location,location! Cannot beat for access to shopping, banks, subways. Staff very, very friendly and helpful, from front desk to maintenance people. Management also extremely friendly and responsive to tenant concerns.

We love the Brooklyn Heights location, great for convenient shopping, easy access to subway and bus travel choices. Really appreciate the constant maintenance of the building and great communication from management. We love the great attitude and friendly service of the concierge and maintenance staff. A neighborhood , not a building.

The apartment is so beautiful, the amenities in the building are even better than expected, and overall I feel very comfortable. The concierge and maintenance are above and beyond I hope I get the chance to get to know all of them better!, and the leasing office is so prompt and accommodating.

Upon arriving at 180 Montague I was immediately greeted by Ryan the concierge. He knew we were schedule to move in and had the Porter Rodney set up the elevator so that we can have a smooth move in. Very impressive. Christina at the front desk is. Very informative about the area. Nicole the manager is down to earth and easy to talk to.

The people who work here could not be nicer, more accommodating or pleasant to see on a daily basis. They make living here so wonderful. I cannot speak highly enough about the Brooklyn Heights Team, led so ably by Matthew Berman. I have now lived in 3 separate apartments within the community over the course of the last 5 years and the main reason for that is the staff - from the Porters, to the concierges, the Leasing Officer and your current Community Manager.
