The maintenance staff here at Rolling GReen Apartments in Amherst, Ma. is without a doubt the best. Last years severe weather, particularly the unending snow, really put them to the test, and they exceeded what they had to do.

As a first time renter, I found the office staff very helpful. They made renting a very smooth process for me and my roommates from the beginning. Maintenance requests were always responded to very promptly, frequently within the hour. The community was kept clean and the lawn and landscaping were always taken care of. Snow removal and sidewalk sanding were also tended to right away. Our apartments was very clean when we moved in. A positive experience overall!

I love Rolling Green! Being a UMass student, I think it is one of the best places to live off campus. I do not mind the commute, and it is a plus that it is on the bus route. I really enjoy the fact that it serves as off campus living for me without all of the crazy drama and partying.

I have lived here for 41/2 years. I feel pretty much that this is one of the best complexes around that actually feels homey,and the students are even decent here and preetty quiet.

I was very satisfied living at Rolling Green Apartment for four years. I lived with my aunt 2years and then live by myself 2 year. The apartment was great and the office staffs and the maintenance was very great. I definitely recommend this apartment to my friends and some of them will move in next semester. :)

I had a really great experience living at Rolling Green! We did want to stay, but could not find a third roommate and another friend of our's was looking for a roommate. We reccommended Rolling Green to a group of our friends and they are moving in in the fall. We're looking forward to coming back to visit :)

This was a hard decision for me to move out of the apartment my husband and I shared before he passed away last year. I am so very peaceful and happy here. It is absolutely a doll house and I love being in this community. I have been treated wonderful by your staff. They are very caring and very professional at the same time. You should be happy to have these women and men as an asset to this place
