Kevin is the main attraction. He is professional and compassionate. I've had a major medical issue and if it wasn't for Kevin being an advocate for me, I'd probably be living in a shelter. Whatever problems with the pool, weight room, club house, etc., having Kevin as property manager makes up for all of the cons. It is refreshing to see a professional person in today's society who has a heart.

I have enjoyed my stay at The Arboretum. The office staff is great and maintenance is OUTSTANDING. Jonathan is so polite and professional in addition to being proficient. The entire staffing here is AMAZING!!!

I can not say enough how Tiffny and Kevin have been great during my first move to the Arboretum and now with moving out and back home with my husband. They have been terrific. Very professional and always available to answer any questions. I liked living there. Thank you.

I have always lived in my own home. I like the security here. I like having my own washer and dryer in my unit for safety. i wanted central air because I've always had it. I appreciated having my cat accepted. Those things mean alot to me. the Arboretum has options other complexes don't have.

I had a wonderful experience with the arboretum staff. Tiffany and kevin made me feel very welcomed from the first day i walked into apply. I'm very overall happy and delighted to be apart of the Arboretum Community.

Kevin and Tiffany specifically are DYNAMITE people who made my stay here a pleasure they have always had a smile on their face and whenever i had a question or concern they ALWAYS answered me if not right away they followed it up as soon as they could they never blew me off or minimized the issue they treated it as though if it was an issue to me then it was a concern to them,,,thats a sign of someone who clearly has great work ethic and both Tiffany and Kevin have no issue with in that area at least not from where i sit.

I like the staff very much. If there is an issue and/or problem the help is very efficient. The grounds are superb, even though there are many children, the staff keeps the place looking maintained. For the most part I am very satisfied and it feels like i have a place to call home.

I love living here. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I found this place by accident and very happy I did. I have been here for about 3 years and have no desire to go anywhere else at this time. I can see myself living here for a long time. thank you so much

We have been very pleased with the office and maintenance staff. During Christmas we had a water leak and Kevin made sure everything was fixed as fast as possible and that we were taken care of during the whole experience. He is always very prompt to return our calls and take care of any needs we have had.
