I have been a resident for 12 years and have appreciated the fine staff at Scarborough Square. Our maintenance requests are handled promptly. While costs have increased and fees added, I appreciate the management working to keep the rent reasonable.

I am so pleased with my decision to lease from Scarborough Square. I am looking forward to many years living within the community. Avis the Property Manager & Eric the Maintenance Manager are very professional. They make me feel at home!

This location was like home to me and I will miss it dearly. I had become know a mom to some of the kids here and some that have left. As I stated before if a four bedroom should come up, I would like to come back. Thanks you to all the managers I got to meet. Again,I will miss my home.

I have been living in Scarborough Square for 6 months I moved to the community since it’s so close to the college a bonus. Avis is doing a wonderful job! She’s quick to answer emails and maintains issues are solved as soon as possible. I was concern when the college decided to go forward with the fence it was one of my main reason for moving there. Seeing the final result I am pleased the fence went up there’s still access to the college and the doors are closed at 11pm which keeps outsiders off the property. I am pleased to call Scarborough Square home and will continue to refer family and friends.

I very much enjoy living at Scarborough Square. It was convenient, the staff was great and the neighborhood and location were perfect.

I have lived here for about 3 years and I know you don't often here 'thank you' but, I wanted to say that everytime I have had any problems (air conditioner) it has always been resolved quickly and professionally. The staff has been great! The area is convenient and I love my neighbors. Have a wonderful New Year!
