Our experiance moving in has been great. Jessica Hauf the property manager has been fantastic and she was very attentive and helpful. My family and I love all of the amenities that the apartment offers. This has just been a great experiance all around.

Overall experience was wonderful. Crystal in the leasing office was a HUGE help! Shes definetaly a pleasure:) Would definetaly recomend to a friend

I have really enjoyed living in this apartment and in this area. The apartment complex is close to shopping, the interstate, the airport...pretty much anything a person would need or want. The price of the apartment is reasonable for the area and for what I receive. The office staff is always friendly and helpful and deal with issues in a very timely manner. I feel safe and comfortable which is very important.

Completely satisfied with move-in process and all the guidelines that was explained to my husband and I ,by our lease consultant Crystal Hill. Ms. Hill was very helpfu in our transition.

I found the entire office staff and the maitenance crew extremely responsive to the needs of the tenants and I also appreciate how the grounds have been maintained. Very well kept. I am truly going to miss this place!

I have been in my aprartment for over a month and not one thing has ever been fixed from my service requests or move in sheet.

I fell in love with Mill Pond apartments from the moment we came to check them out from the staff or the overall appearance of the complex. The staff was unbelievably friendly, helpful and welcoming from the moment we met. Kevin was the one who showed us around, and Kim was there on our move-in day. Both were amazing! This is my first apartment and I couldn't have imagined it working out any better.

The staff are friendly, professional, and prompt. There was an issue in my apartment within the first few weeks of living here and they got it taken care of immediately. I have enjoyed the community and find the environment a safe place to reside.

I was extremely please with the resident manager, Kim. She is so very nice, kind, informative and she hsa a 'refreshing' personality. Most resident managers have a coldness to them,(I have working in the construction industry for years and have encountered many resident managers)- but Kim is extremely friendly and understanding. She is willing to do whatever it takes to make sure her residents are happy, content and worry free. It's just really nice to have her here for us....

I'd like to add that Tess has been such a pleasure to work with! From day one when I first called to inquir about the apartments she was very helpful and such a delightful person. She has proven that she will go above and beyond to make sure that we are happy and satisfied!! In my years of renting I have never worked with a landlord as great as her! 4he is an asset to your company and we are very fortunate to work with her!!

Very Pleased with the homey like atmosphere created by the Office and Maintenance staff. Also the comforting way to keep us posted with information in/about the complex, (The new shadow boxes that were installed by the mail boxes are a plus).
