So far my experience here has really been great. When I need something fixed, the repair is usually done the same day that I make the request. I always recommend this complex to people I know. I like that you're working on keeping the property neat and clean and I hope this will always be the norm.

i have been with this community since 2008 and I am still very pleased with my choice of moving here. The office staff is very professional, my service requests are handled quickly. If I do run into a problem, the staff listens and takes care of it. I plan on staying until I am ready to buy a home:)

Zana was incredibly helpful and friendly. I looked at what seemed like hundreds of apartments and Zana was the deciding factor. Customer service goes a long way and she was by far the most helpful, friendly and responsive leasing consultant I spoke with.

I would like to rate my experience moving in 'very satisfied' but there were just a few things 'off'. I do however, love the staff and even the maintenance staff for doing what is necessary to make me comfortable and my move seamless. I love my apartment and will be at NorthHampton until I am ready to purchase my own home. Thanks!
