The Sakura team has been great for me. Compared to other places Ive lived in, the team here has been the most responsive, polite and caring. All my emails get answered, theyre communicative with relevant building information, and proactive in addressing situations they know about.

It has been a pleasure living here, and honestly a hard decision to make. Sadly we needed more space and there just wasnt anything here to accomodate that. But living right in Little Tokyo was a dream for the two years weve been here, and I would recommend this place to anyone else who wants to live in LA!

I am recently new to the building. Hiromi Jorge are both very helpful and responsive. I enjoy the building. Very quiet and neighbors are polite.

The entire team is friendly and they make sure the residents are taken care of by following up and that is why I am still here. The community is clean and the amenity is kept clean at all times. The clubhouse rooftop is gorgeous to lay back after work and the night skyline view of the DTLA building is beautiful!

They always try to solve my problems kindly. Thanks to them who always greet me with smiles, I feel good at the beginning and end of the day. Various amenities are kept clean, so I am using them without any inconvenience.

Julia was the first person I met and she was great and terrific in helping with everything. When she wasn’t there, Mari and Megan were great too. The app is great once I got used to it. I’m not that great with new tech and Julia helped me with that without me feeling like a dinosaur. Andrew is always pleasant too. All - Just wonderful!!!

I very much enjoyed living in Sakura Crossing, and I will definitely consider moving back, when I return to the LA area. I was recently injured with a Spinal Cord Injury, whiched landed me in a wheelchair. My sister was looking for an apartment that is wheelchair friendly. During the entire process Jason was supportive and extremely helpful. He made it easy for me to transition from rehab to Sakura.

Sabrinas always friendly and responsive. She noticed my utility bill was set up incorrectly and has resolved this for me. Sabrinas communicative and checks in periodically to make sure everythings going well. Don always reminds me of my packages, is friendly and helpful. The amenities rock! Computer room, gym, and club rooms - faves!

Thank you for accepting me in this community. I love living here. Thank you to all the office staff for your help and support. The maintenance service is rapid and everyone is trustworthy and I would have no problem leaving office staff or maintenance staff unattended in my apartment. The location for Sakura Crossing is perfect for my business. I can walk in less than ten minutes to my place of business.

I've been absolutely satisfied with my stay at Sakura Crossing. The management has been the best compared to previous apartments I had stayed at and really loved how the whole apartment complex stayed clean and well-maintainted.
