I have lived here for four years and have loved it. Staff has consistently been effective, caring and excellent in performing their responsibilities. The building is well-maintained and clean maintenace issues are attended to on a timely basis. The only reason that I am moving is that I need to be closer to my daughter and her family.

I loved staying at this apartment community! Unfortunately due to my companies decision to close the office and corresponding project I have to relocate to my home country.

The office staff is always friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is stellar and addresses problems quickly and effectively.

They were very friendly with our dog and quick with all repairs.

The building manager Anthony and the lead maintenance man Ed are always available, kind, and responsive to any concerns we may have as tenants. The building is kept clean and secure consistently since we have lived here. The employees here at Watertown Square Apartments truely know how to create an inviting community atmosphere.

Incredibly responsive. There are never any issues trying to talk to someone. They know the first and last names of every resident. I’m always impressed with their sense of community.

Anthony has been working hard to improve service given the challenges he has had with Pat leaving. He has been more focused on the residents and it shows. Ed is off to a great start! And Shelby has been wonderful... will miss her.

The team here keeps the building and grounds in great shape and respond immediately if there’s a problem which is rare!!

No matter what the problem it is taken care of. You never get the feeling that you are imposing on any one if you pass by the office with a question. When you put in a request it is taken care of right away. Staff always greets you with a smile.

Patrick has done a great job for us

The folks here have been very accommodating and easy to access when we have had questions or concerns. The few minor fixes needed in the apartment were dealt with quickly and easily.

Great community lovely apartments and area but the main thing in WS apts is the staff warm friendly no issue is an issue never a problem. Maintenance staff are so professional and great. Zac Anthony we’re welcoming and when Shelby joined she was as the others warm and kind. Would stay on but for moving continent. Highly recommend

Very responsive to any apartment issues!

We primarily interact with Zach and Pat. Leasing agent and maintenance team are excellent and exceed expectations. Zach is very personable and makes a great effort representing Equity to tenants. Minor maintenance is handled quickly by Pat- Great attitude.

Zach is attentive and helpful to tenants.

Both Zac and Anthony reslly make the place a wonderful experience.

Helpful with moving, packages, overall have just made the moving in process so easy and not stressful.

I can't say enough good things about the staff at Watertown. Jesse and Elizabeth are outstanding managers, and Pat & Remy are exceptional maintenance employees as well. I know I can count on all 4 of them. They do a tremendous job and should be recognized for it.

I sold my home and needed a place to stay before hoping to purchase a new home. Liz P was very kind in following up with me every few weeks. As a result as being the ONLY apartment complex that followed up in the area, I went to see the apt. and put a deposit that day ! Even though there could have been a delay in my scheduled move in date Liz, Kate and Pat went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure I could move in on time (around my home's closing date). I am VERY happy here and very settled. I would not onlt recommed this as a place to live but alo the exceptional staff. I already have one friend (couple) that are interested in moving here !

Lauren and Liz are outstanding and a real benefit to living in the Watertown Square apartment - both are professional and very friendly. The service team is also very friendly and very quick to respond and provide any service needed. Very outstanding team that I hope stays at the property for a long time for the benefit of the residents.

Our current property manager Lauren has been by far the most outstanding manager we have had over the last 4 years. I am very impressed with how she handles challenging situations and is very responsive to our needs.

Louise Sherman is spectacular. She has made living at Archstone a wonderful experience! I hope you are paying her well.

I am very happy to live here. From the first time was definitely satisfied with the service of the stuff. People who works here loves their work. They are very professional and take care of residents with love. I like the design of the building and apartments. I enjoy being the part of my community. I like my neighborhood and location, it's very easy to get access to different very important part of everyday life. Its important for our health to have fitness equipment inside the apartment complex and easy access to it never mind when. Best of all I like to have underground garage, especially during the winter. Thanks to all persons who are created this wonderful project and brought it to life. I enjoy to live here and will highly recommend to my family and friends. Thanks a lot to a stuff who works in a office and to maintenance.

We have loved living here. Ralph was always able to fix things within a day or two. Vinroy was always available if Ralph was not. Becky always had a smile on her face and was very helpful. We liked our apartment and the location was very convenient to our jobs.
