City View has always kept great staff and maintenance service. I greatly appreciated the monthly emails. If the increase for renewing worth it to me then I would have renewed but it's not.

Kayla was great in helping me move from SPP to CV. Thank you for all of your help in addressing my noise complaints as well. Kayla is definitely an asset to CV. Keep up the great work Kayla!!! You took my experience serious and took charge of my move-in, which I greatly appreciate. I also like the way you and Patrick came up with a property event. It brought the community together as a whole and it makes living at City View exciting and interesting.

Had a very good experience while living here for 2 years. Great location in town and easy drive to and from work. Never had any problem while living here and I enjoyed my apartment. office staff has always been friendly and helpful.

The staff has been great. I got the apartment at a great rate and perfect location. I really hate to leave but my new job is farther away. If I were to move back to Atlanta city view would be my first stop.

Coming from another apartment complex where the staff was absolutely rude, it is refreshing to have moved into a community where I can walk into the leasing office and not Stand around for twenty minutes until I am helped.

I moved into this complex knowing I would be purchasing a home, so this was planned for. My wife and I really did enjoy our time here.

I loved the apartment & staff. The only problem was the location near the hospital which tends to become very noisy at times. I understand that this out of the property or management's control. A very nice and pleasant experience. I love Equity Residential properties!

All maintenance issues that we have ever had were solved promptly. Leasing staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. When we decided to move to a new unit they were very accommodating even though we didn't wait the required 30 days. I can tell how highly they value customer service.

I have recommended this apartment community to others and hopefully they will make that move within the upcoming months. It is in my plans to renew my lease, but that will also be decided in the upcoming months.

I have been very satisfied with my experience at CityView. I have lived here for several weeks now and have found it to be everything I was hoping for. The grounds are clean, my apartment was virtually spotless upon move in, and my initial maintenance requests were fulfilled promptly. I am very happy living at City View.

It's felt much safer since the new security implementation. The office staff is great and always recognizes me when I call or stop by. Lisa and Sloan are doing a wonderful job!
