The leasing associates at The Preserve at Briarcliff are very professional and responsive. I've had positive experiences with all of them but especially mention Samantha Caparas as extremely qualified; she has gone above and beyond with her professionalism and attention to customer service during the move transition.

Being in customer service myself, the office staff is one of the best. Very friendly and they 'understand' and issues or questions you have. Other than the location, their willingness to work with me has kept me at the property longer than I intended. That speaks for itself.

The property manager Kateri Gourney did a great job in getting us settled in and making sure our service requests were handled properly and in a timely manner. The mainenance staff Trevor and Jermaine also did a wonderful job in their work.

This is a great place to live, we really enjoyed it and are sad to be leaving. The location is great for school and work and the apartments are pretty nice. Community is quiet.

Maria was excellent! When I first came to the community and met her, I knew instantly that I was home. Sloan and Kateri are fantastic as well. Overrall, I am very happy!
