The apartment staff is great from the office to the maintenance team. Having that support group alone makes this a great place to live. Many improvements have also been made since I moved here almost two years ago, and it's good to see that residents voices are being heard. I am definitely very satisfied!

So far, I like the apartment and moving experience. The leasing agent Rashida Powell was helpful and friendly. The apartment features are perfect. one suggestion is to provide a document with information of stores, restaurants, bars, etc. or any other useful information in the neighborhood upon move in.

Rick from maintenance has been exceptional in assisting me with move-in small things, and went above and beyond in replacing some of my tile that was cracked. My leasing agent C'mone also has also been very friendly, easy to talk to and relate to, and refreshing.

I have lived in this section of midtown in various apartment complexes for the past 6 years. My experience at Savannah Midtown has far surpassed all other experiences, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of my home, the amenities, and the location. Most of all, I haven't encountered a more conscientious, friendly, and helpful office staff. Great Job!

I am really please with with equality residential. I loved my place in Potomac Falls VA and I love my new place in Midtown Atlanta. The the office staff is wonderful, its nice that they know your name. My needs are meet.

Absolutely no problems. The office staff have been helpful, even contacting me several times in the first month of living there to see how things were going and if there was anything they could help me with. Overall, I have been very pleased.

The property management does not make an effort to personally walk the grounds to evaluate things, like access door locks, cleanliness of the hallways, broken lights.

We love living here. The location is awesome: walking distance to Marta to get to school and a mile away from work for me and a couple blocks for Jason. We have need to schedule a couple service requests that have been put off for since we moved in (door problems, stove crack). The staff is very friendly and accomodating and we have thoroughly enjoyed Melissa as our leasing agent. We will be renewing our lease.

I think an initial orientation is definitely helpful to new residents. This will actually let them know what extra amenities are available, outside of the one's listed on the website and other leasing materials.

So far, I have really enjoyed living at Savannah At Midtown apartments. The location is ideal for anyone wanting an inner-city living experience. The staff and maintenance service team are very professional and resolve any issue in a timely matter. I have recommended these apartments to several friends looking to move over the next few months. Keep up the good job Savannah at Midtown!!!
