Staying here was awesome and I am going to cherish this whenever i will look back. Apt staff and Service Staff have been great throughout the stay. If i have to leave this place then i would say a big THANK YOU to them.

Alexander on Ponce is a get place to stay. I always feel safe and comfortable in my apartment and the community. The location is the best you have the option to walk, take MARTA or rent a zip car to local attractions.

Property management was fantastic - extremely helpful and responsive. Another significant factor in deciding to live here is the gym. It is much bigger and nicer than those at other complexes.

The office staff are very friendly and the maintenance service staff are courteous and always have the request completed that day or the next. Talking to other people that live in apartments they are always amazed that my service requests are completed so quickly.

This is a great place to live. I really enjoy the design of my apartment. In terms of square feet, it's probably smaller than what I'm used to, but because it's designed well, it seems to have space in all the right places (bathroom, closet, kitchen, etc). I really enjoy the amenities (sending an occasional fax, chillin in the lounge, working out in the gym). I also like the community get togethers. Staff is friendly and responsive and aside from the occasional siren, it's super quiet too!!

Really everything above was important to us. This was our first place in the city and we have been very happy here. I do wish there was better outdoor space. However, if our circumstances had not changed we would have happily stayed here another two years.

A leisure pool is really the only thing missing and would make this place perfect. Preferably indoor so it's year-round.

We have really enjoyed living here and the professionals in the office (Mandy and April) have gone well above and beyond to help us transition from New Zealand to Atlanta. We would certainly recommend Alexander on Ponce to anyone.

The only small problem I had when moving in was that the bathroom shower didn't drain very well, but I mentioned it to the staff and it was fixed the same day. I'm very happy to be living here.

The office staff at Alexander on Ponce are fantastic!! They treat the residents like family and work very hard to make every resident's living experience very positive. I especially want to thank April and Mandy for all of their help!

Location and office staff/maintenance service are equally important to me.. Here at Alexander on Ponce they are both Excellent! One thing I feel would make it better if they offered different social activities such as Single Meet & Greets once every 3-4 months.. maybe send out a survey to see if other singles in the complex would be interested.. Thanks!
