I have been with the Tuscany for a few years and just upgraded from a 2 to a 3 bedroom. I have to say that the office staff (especialloy the property manager April Becker) made every attempt to make my move go a smooth as smooth could be. The maintenance staff had the apartment in tip top shape follwoing up with me (Cedric) to make sure the apartment was to my satisfactory. I couldnt believe how hands on they were in making sure every T cross and I dotted. The staff alone is one of the reason why year after year I make The Tuscany at Lindbergh a place I can call Home :)

I can't say enough good things about April, Pierre and Cedric. The office staff and maintenance staff have been excellent the four years I've lived here. I'm sad to leave!

I've really enjoyed living at Tuscany. It helps having friends in the building but almost everyone I meet, from fellow residents to office staff, are very nice and friendly.

I have had a great experience so far. All issues are handled in a timely manner. I appreciate that the front office staff knows me by name and seems to know all of the other residents as well.

Our move in experience was awesome! KoKo Stanley our leasing consultant was the very best that we could have hoped for. Her, April and the rest of the staff including the maintenance staff all made us feel more than welcome.

We really enjoy living here, and have for several years. If you ever decide to turn the apartments into condos, we would like to apply to purchase the unit we are currently in.

The staff: Brittiany, Koko, Victoria were all very helpful with processing my move. Move in was a breeze. All my maintenance requested were done so in a timely manner. I am VERY SATISFIED with Tuscany AT Lindbergh thanks to the office staff.

Overall very satisfied with the leasing experience. Tuscany was the first place we visited and we wound up coming back even after touring 5-6 other properties. Leasing staff was helpful and other staff was friendly and attentive on move-in.

Staff was excellent! I appreciated the welcome message when I moved in and the ability to accommodate to my move in request. Thank you all so much for making this an easy and comfortable move/transition. Also, maintenance was superb! Customer service over all was exceptional!
