I looked around for a while before I came to Chatelaine Park. I had my heart set on another complex and never ehard back from them. I was so impressed on the level of customer service that your staff provided. I will reccomend Chatelaine Park to any and all of my friends/co-workers/employees that are looking for a new home. I am very impressed with the level of cleanliness of the facilities and the attention the staff here gives your residents.

I have lived here for 11 years and I still love living here. I have seen many managers come and go but Kelly is the best ever. The gate works all the time and when it is out she is on it!! When I need to talk to her she listens which makes me feel cared about!! The guys always come in and fix things with a smile and are nice. I have been very happy here! Thank you for the service and the management team. May God continue to Bless Chatelaine Park and all of your properities.

My move in was better than great thanks to Wendy Fuller and Kelly Eubanks. I don't regret my move from Tennessee to Georgia at all now. I love calling Chatelaine Park my new home.

I think the staff is fantastic they are right on top of issues as they arise and make necessary adjustments as needed to protect the quality of life for their residents. I have been in places where the mgmt. pretty much ignores issues. Not our staff they go beyond the call of duty. I commend them and you.

I had a great experience working with Larry Salada before and after I moved in. So far I am happy with my apartment. The community is quiet and clean which I really like.
