Nicole, Sandra, Ashlee, Ken and everyone at Longwood have been wonderfully welcoming and supportive of us during this move. One of the reasons we left our former luxury apartment was the unresponsive and cold office staff. Longwood may not have all the same luxuries inside the apartment, but it feels more like home already than that place ever did. Great staff. Responsive maintenance team. Quieter community. Thank you!

The rapidity with which requests for maintenance or information are acted upon is amazing! Often the same day turn around. Have never lived in an apartment community with such prompt service!

Another priority for me was pet-friendliness, and I've been very satisfied with what Longwood has offered in that regard. I think the only reason I would move out is if I were required to take a job elsewhere.

I love the staff. For the past 3 and 1/2 years I've lived here they have always been kind, prompt, and polite. Excellent staff! Excellent complex. They get an 'A' in my book!

Office staff here at Longwood are amazing. They are understand and very caring. They made sure everything was fine in my home and even checks up to make sure im satisfied at all times. Im so happy to be a resident here and hope to stay here for a very long time.
