I am just beyond pleased. This is my third Equity Residential Property that I have lived in here in Atlanta. Everything went smoothly and I could not have been more thrilled with my new location. It is closer to my work and my commute is diminished greatly.

Prior to us deciding to move to Promenade on Peachtree, Sandra, the leasing agent, was absolutely wonderful in staying in contact with us. Friendly emails came weekly to see where we were in our search, and she was great about answering any questions that we had. She'd be perfect to train other leasing agents.

Yonca provided me with a very detailed tour of the complex and a vacant apartment similar to the one that I would rent. Gina gave a great orientation to the complex and made sure that I had the keys, gate pass, and mailbox key prior to my move-in date so my move was very smooth. I was very pleased with the service in the complex when the alarm monitoring company needed some information to complete the installation. Someone from the maintenance staff came to my apartment within 10 minutes and provided the necessary code to complete the alarm monitoring process.

The appartment complex and office staff as well as the office manager are just awesome people. Can't Say enough of them. I come from new jersey to atlanta and they made my move very pleasent. I have moved into beautiful place and it was all I wanted. There is just one issue I have is that there is one a/c that's makeing a ton of noise. The office staff has been extremely helpful in this matter. Maintance guys have tried to fix but not achieving no results. They are also extremely helpful and very nice people but theres only so much they can do. In all I love this place and I know in time they will fix the problem.

My transition into Promenade at Peachtree has been an excellent and smooth move, which could not have been possible without the caring and professional office staff. I cannot express enough how helpful the staff is, especially Sandra, who honestly care about you and your stay with the community. They are always willing to go the extra mile and make sure you are all set when moved in and most importantly after you move in. That, I believe, is what sets them apart from other apartment complexes. I have lived in complexes in different states as well as GA, and this one is by far the best experience I have ever had. Thank you for all you do!

Everything was great from the staff to the apartment. Some things werent perfect on move-in day but they got everything right the next day!

I love my apartment! Gina and Sandra went above and beyond to accomodate me. I was running late on my move in date and they stood after hours to wait for me. It meant alot to me and showed their dedication. I would reccomend Promenade to anyone.

The staff did an outstanding job!!!! I just entered a new profession and I have been extremely busy. The staff made my move in so smooth that it allowed me to focus on getting off to a great start in my new career I would recommend this apartment to anyone!!!!

Yonja, and the rest of your office staff are very attentive. Your maintainance crew (sorry to not remember his name, he fixed our bathroom mirror) - very accomodating, timely, polite, and courteous. I am quite pleased.

I have enjoyed living at Promenade at Peachtree a great deal. I lived in my previous apartment for a long time. Moving is inevitably a hassle, but I still enjoy telling friends that I found a place that was larger, newer, nicer and less expensive. And that was BEFORE I encountered the professionalism of the maintenance team.

We absolutely loved our apartment and the attached garage. The only reason we left was because Rick git based in Houston and we had to relocate. We were very sad to leave.
